A 10 million patriot march! Woo hoo boys and girls. Fun for the whole family!

What a hodgepodge of goofy unconstitutional goals and Right-wing-nuttery. And 3 phases! Phase 2 looks like a doozy:

“Phase two calls for at least a million of the protestors to remain in Washington until the aforementioned officials are forced from office.”

…“It is unclear how this will all unravel”… and oh how it will unravel.

Guns, God, Flags, Eagles = Patriots = Freedumb!!!

Operation Loose Spring is more the case. Or 10 Million Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest? I’m sure this will be a huge success, like that trucker blockade that was supposed to bring DC to a standstill — except that Congressional Repugnicans accomplished that goal a few years ago.

For a group that demands strict adherence to the Constitution, they sure are circumventing it. The Constitution already provides a mechanism for replacing our Government, it’s called an election.

Because a government of the people cannot be entrusted in the people. Conservatives believe most of us are incapable of knowing what is good for ourselves. An “icon” must let us know.

In the Ukraine and Thailand recently, street demonstrations forced lawfully elected leaders out of power. This isn’t going to happen here and certainly not by this band of loons who will be lucky to get 10 people to show up, never mind 10 thousand or 10 million, but we all ought to consider whether we should necessarily support such protests in other countries against duly elected leaders, even if they turn out to be corrupt. Protests against wrongful actions of leaders are a basic right, but to force ouster by extra-constitutional means is not.
