Oh THIS will be wonderful.
The inmates are taking over the asylum and it seems clear that hopes for a unified GOP
approach to governing are going to be challenging at best.
Remember the NY Times recent article looking “inside” the Trump campaign…aides offering competing advice, jockeying for position, and all circling a candidate with a short attention span, no advisors (he doesn’t need them) and non-existent impulse control, and we are going to be facing some very turbulent times. With nominations like Giuliani, Gingrich and I would bet Christie (Trump is loyal to those who support him) and Bannon as well, the instinct to get even and take no prisoners is going to be hard to control.

I expected this from Trump’s people. They are petty, just like when Bush decided to snub Jim Jeffords. I think their administration is going to start losing power quickly if they want to start punishing people they see as enemies.

The levers of power are not held by trump but rather Ryan and McConnell. Ryan and Pence go way back…they could work together but not Ryan and trump. Trump is gonna learn what real frustration is. He made enemies among the GOP in this campaign. That does not help in governing. Trump thinks he can act like a CEO but he’s mistaken.

Very true. Trump pissed off the very people he needs to make his agenda go. My first thought was he could possibly lose the Freedom Caucus over an issue, and the rest of the GOP Congress by not working with them on their agendas.
