Sure, why not. It’s on every other goddamned television in a public space. I doubt prison authorities could get away with piping in Nazi-TV, so Fox News is the next best choice.

No, I don’t own one. When I used to travel the country professionally I always wanted one.
I did, however, have many discussions with various managers about why the TV was tuned to a station that studies had shown makes people stupid. They always had “a reason,” usually that it was the owner’s preference.
I also wrote to the President of McDonald’s once asking if TVs being tuned to Fuks Noise was corporate policy. I never heard back.
