The prison is 1 mile from Interstate 75. Amazing. Also amazing that the guy didn’t get a death sentence, but then again he wasn’t “blah”.

What a lovely fellow.
According to CNN, the Ohio Highway Patrol has established a perimeter in order to capture him. I’ve watched every season of 24, and they were always establishing perimeters that failed to work. Let’s hope the highway patrol is better at perimeter establishing than Jack Bauer.

It’s a medium security prison located in Allen County Ohio.
He was 17 at the time of the killings, and not eligible for the death penalty.
