This is a despicable and terrible accusation. The woman is dead. There is no specific way that they can determine consent. The man is now mourning his dead wife, and this terrible accusation is going to do nothing of any value.

Most of the comments here are by truly ignorant people. When you are 78, you can still have desire. The notion that a 78 YO man can and did have sex should be a positive thing. Under no circumstances is this “gross” as some ignoramus stated.
