A guy with no motive to shoot and every reason not to is arrested, frisked and cuffed with his hands behind his back. He is put in a squad car. Somehow he moves his hands to the front, pulls a magical gun and opens fire on the cops for no reason. This story stinks to high heaven.

I have read this story before. Only difference it is was a woman who weighed about 100lbs and it happened in Georgia. Hmm… Is there a script they give to cops when they fuck up? There must be a script.

How can a person who isn’t a contortionist, handcuffed with their hands behind their back, shoot anyone let alone a police officer? It’s too convenient an explanation to think that any man could handcuffed, reach a weapon in their back pocket!

judie_vc, your assessment is spot on. It is hard to believe that the police are this inane as to believe that whatever they say to justify their use of deadly force, we’ll believe. Considering that police departments, go out of their way to keep intelligent people out of police forces, then when they try to force their views on the rest of us, it makes them look even sillier and more idiotic.
