Why should the President discuss the issue with local officials in Texas or visit the border for a photo-op?
It is up to Congress to grant or deny the funds so DHS can deal with the issue of processing the deportations of the young people who entered the country illegally.

The other obvious photo op is Rick Perry man 'splainin metro sexually, as he gets to wagging his finger at Obama, that the reason he doesn’t wear boots anymore is because his wife couldn’t stand the smell when he took 'em off at night (no it wasn’t the socks) and still confuses shit with Shinola.
