Someone (I think it was David Frum) on MSNBC last night took note of pReshitdent Skanky Manslut’s bragging about, “speaking without notes” during his scheduled weekly stream-of-consciousness rant in Montana last night that George Bush and Barack Obama did speak from notes. He said that Obama in particular is an eloquent orator, but that neither used notes because they were not capable of speaking without notes. Rather, both understood that words are important and used the notes to remind them how some things ought to be said.
