Please. Keystone XL is about Texas refineries wanting their thumb in the Canadian pie. The Enbridge pipeline system has been delivering Canadian petroleum to Murphy Oil in Superior, WI, among other midwestern facilities, since the fifties.

If they are serious about bipartisanship, pass a technical correction to PPACA that explicitly says that subsidies are available on all exchanges. It’s what the law intended, and everyone agreed on that, until some scumbags decided to use a bad faith misreading of the law to attack though judicial fiat.
Otherwise, all the talk about bipartisanship is just political bsing, just cuz they get a few blue dogs to vote with them don’t mean they are offering anything of substance.

WTF? So, so long as a company keeps the number of non-veteran employees under the number of employees that triggers them being required to provide insurance the company can hire as many veterans over that number as they want without having to provide insurance to any of their employees, even the non-veterans who can’t get their healthcare through the VA? Could they not come up with a bill that would encourage businesses to hire veterans without throwing the businesses non-veteran employees under the bus?

There it is, the first frame. This will surround everything that happens over the next year or so. Of course, corporate media will repeat it over and over again so that is all people will hear, ensuring McConnell’s deliberate distortions, his continuous stream of disinformation, stays in our little heads.
