I’m not sure at all that actual journalism exists anymore. I a lot of countries Garrett would have been arrested for showing that level of disrespect to a head of state. Lucky for him tho…this is the United States.

That was about the most incredible question to a president I’ve heard in a long time. This should do Major damage to Major. If he was interested in getting the presidents take on the fate of those four hostages, he could have chosen dozens of different ways to ask that question. But no, he had to frame it in such a was as to make it appear that Obama just didn’t give a damn about the four folks held captive. I can’t imagine the bosses at CBS being happy with their reporter looking like a Major asshole.
