Earlier this year, the U.S. Education Department informed public schools that under its reading of Title IX, the 1972 law that bans gender discrimination in education, transgender students are entitled to federal civil rights protections.
Anybody want a Secretary of Education to take an opposite view, vote Republican for the Oval Office in 2016. This will flip back in a New York minute! Santorum will probably still be madl chasing rainbows, but Bachmann will probably be available for Secretary of Religious Education.

Oh sure this is great for the transgenders but Republicans are hurting.
