During the Obama presidency, reality tv has come of age, so it makes sense that we now will produce a Tabloid President. Itās trending that way, anyway.

As with Putin, the only threats to President Trump are other corporate interests and the present soon-to-be-disappeared Beltway media.
Well I watched the entire conference and he said a lot more than that but as usual Obama was classy, thoughtful and brilliant. It was wonderful to have the Prime Minister of Canada visit us - it has been more than 20 years since such a visit.
Two very brilliant men - it was a pleasure to watch and thank goodness for the foreign reporters in attendance who asked good questions

Lived there for 10 years. Great sushi! Moved to a small town on the coast. B.C. is Valhalla. Great beers, natural wonders, open minds.

I always appreciated people who wanted to move to Canada, so that they could get away from Obamaās agenda of public healthcare, marriage equality, expansion of language rights, reasonable university tuition, easing of drug prison sentences, and tolerance of non-white culture.
I loved watching the disappointment on their faces.

And the best thing is, people donāt carry guns. In fact they donāt even understand the desire for everyone to be armed.
It is almost as though Canadians see the ability to move about freely without the need for deadly weapons as a sign of a civilized society.

Iām actually genuinely concerned about what will happen to people of color in the chance that Trump were to become president. This isnāt about politics or economics or social issues, Iām genuinely worried that his presidency could produce an environment not unlike the South in the first half of the 20th century. I donāt think thatās even remotely foolish to consider.

In a campaign rally in Sioux City, Trump said he had offered to pay for the ballroom himself, and would get it built if he becomes president.
"Weāll get the top people, the top everything. Weāll have the best ballroom, because I notice they always put tents up on the lawn. No. 1, itās not a good security thing. No 2, the guy that owns the tents is making a fortune,ā he said.
Trump said he had previously approached the Obama administration to offer to pay for the ballroom, but never heard back.

Have you read this very well written and intriguing article? For some reason it did not make it to the top of the boards and I only stumbled upon it one day when I was bored to tears by all the click-bait that TPM was presenting that afternoon.

It may be true that some threatened to leave the US when Obama was elected, but those were patriots that should have left. Today, different story.
