They were adults, responsible for their own actions, and responsible for looking at a variety of news sources before arriving at their vote. Blaming this on Fox, et al shifts responsibility away from those that inflicted Trump on us. When I meet a Trump voter any disappointment or anger I experience is with them, not those that informed their vote.

DACA is an enforcement strategy that prioritizes who does or does not get deported.
It’s an Executive branch regulatory procedure.

The ACA is federal law.

There are no similarities whatsoever between the two.

Conservative repuglicans ARE cruel- it is their thing! Always has been. They used to be somewhat constrained by wanting to have the appearance, at least, of sense and humanity, but t-rump, the demented puppet has ripped the ugly mask off the repugs and is showing us the real repug party: greedy, bigoted, hate-filled and incredibly stupid to boot.

People forget about that. Teddy died in August of 2009 and he was not in Washington for much of the first six months of Obama’s term. Deval Patrick appointed a Dem to sit in the seat until the special election was held in Jan 2010 which Repub Scott Brown Won.

That is exactly what DACA does.

Nope. DACA is temporary status based on regulatory priorities.

The 5th Circuit is the most conservative in the nation. It did not vote to block DACA, but did vote to block an expansion of it and a related rule change affecting the parents of DACA-eligible young people.

As usual, you argue without knowledge of the facts.
