“The president and Don have a great relationship,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told the Times. “He appreciates all the hard work he’s done, particularly his help and expertise with the judges, and the Supreme Court” nominees.

In other words, ugly tweets will be imminent.

Yes, it is. It would be especially fitting if McGahn ends up contributing to Trump’s demise because he realized that Trump couldn’t or wouldn’t be loyal to anyone.

From a prosecutor’s standpoint, it’s wonderful to be able to talk to someone who knows where the bodies are buried. It’s even more wonderful to be able to talk to someone who buried some of them himself.

Also, McGahn is the White House lawyer, not Trump’s lawyer, correct? There’s no lawyer-client ethics thing here, right? And if there were, would this be superseded by McGahn’s reporting of illegal activities?

McGahn is the guy orchestrating Kavanaugh’s appointment while circumventing normal document review processes. I do not trust anything about him.

I trust that he’s telling Mueller the truth since I also trust completely that he knows lying to him is a crime.

Who told them? Omarosa?))

Correct. If he has a client that client is us. And I’m instructing him to sing like a canary. :hatched_chick:

Absolutely, but Trump is just a conduit. They’d do the same shit with Pence or even Kasich and more stealthily. Trump is in some ways a hindrance, the pubbies go along to get along with his crazy ass supporters.

McGahn, the Times reported, was initially suspicious that Trump’s team’s openness to having him talk with investigators was a sign Trump planned to blame McGahn for future legal troubles. So McGahn and his lawyer “devised their own strategy to do as much as possible to cooperate” with the probe, in the Times’ words.

Way to go McGahn

McGahn is not going to jail to protect Trump. Why are some people actually taking that risk? I guess for the same reason some people drank Jim Jones Kool Aid .
