Bumiller is famous for inserting her personal unsubstantiated impressions into articles. I can’t wait to see what happens with her as DC Bureau Chief.

That was exactly my reaction, which all goes in further support of my theory that Rupert Murdoch has quietly bought a controlling interest in the NYT.

Oh. Is this what has accounted to phony charges of criminality appearing on the front pages of the NYTimes?
If she wasn’t screaming bloody murder at the editors she’s either part of a cabal and/or incompetent.
They should replace Michael Schmidt, who seems determined to be this year’s Jeff Gerth or Judy Miller with the interminable Hillary email stories, including the now infamously wrong one they had to walk back.
