And I have no doubt that THIS was a big part of the GOP establishment’s plan.
No ACA = tax cut for the wealthy
Actual tax cuts for wealthy
No infrastructure plan = more money for the wealthy
Aside from the fact that this hill that they chose to die on was 7 years in the making, Ryan did have some kind of “plan” behind it. Now, everything’s up for grabs. Tax “reform” will be nothing more than tax “cuts”. I don’t think that’s gonna go through as smoothly as they think.
