Discussion: NYT: Trump Laments That He Could Have Had Tom Brady, Not Jared, As Son-In-Law

Though I’m sure they must exist, I don’t think I have ever seen such a morally corrupt self-serving bunch of degenerates. I’m not even sure this would even get a treatment for an HBO drama series. The darkness alone would cause scriptwriters to commit suicide mid-season.

No, but those who associated with him in the beginning did so to be close to power. Now, all of that is falling apart as well. Being associated with Trump is more likely to end someone’s career then help it, his power is limited by his utter incompetence and being in Trump’s proximity simply exposes them to endless abuse for no real gain. These factors destroy any chance of Trump forming a real alliance with anyone isn’t completely insane.

Right now he still has Putin, but only as long as Putin can use him. It’s not possible for anyone in any position to fight on multiple fronts when they, themselves are isolated the way Trump is. The fact that Trump isn’t very bright to begin with only magnifies this. Again, it’s not a matter of whether, only when this all collapses.

I thought that was a present for Pence and the End Timers.

It’s hard to point to one thing about Trump and say: This is his fatal flaw, because he’s a walking compendium of fatal flaws. But this comes as close as anything can I think to being the one thing about him that has spelled his downfall from the start.

You’re right.

It’s only different in that it’s getting progressively worse each day.

Another reason to despise the Tom Brady, his deflated balls, and the cheating Patriots.

I’m thinking every family dinner sucks. Trump is said to dominate the conversation, and when he finishes eating, he gets up and leaves. Trump will never resign to “spend more time with his family”. My hope is that he’s forced out.

This is just Gothic family shit on full display for all the world to see. It’s like a horrible soap opera. And always, always, it’s about how “unfair” life has been to Trump.

It’s just that it takes a while for every single person to give thanks to Donnie for his very existence - it gets old after a while…

They actually were going to do this script, but decided it was too profane and not believable. So they settled for Game Of Thrones.

Well, on one side we have Ivanka. On the other we have Giselle Bundchen. Difficult choice for Tom Terrific? I don’t think so.

(And is part of tRump’s grumbling that if Ivanka hadn’t married Jared then Donnie-Boy wouldn’t have a Jewish daughter (although it shames me to write that) and Jewish grandchildren?)

In Oakland, before there was deflate-gate and even spy-ate there was tuck-gate.

the president now routinely complains that “Jared hasn’t been so good for me”

That Trump bus needs height spacers under the springs or it’s going to bottom out.

You’re right of course. Brady time traveled back and rewrote the NFL rule book knowing that the exact situation would arise in the snow in New England.
