Discussion: NYT Obtains Correspondence Between UAE Adviser And Trump Fundraiser

That’s exactly what he is. He’s the apex predator, at the top of the food chain.

I wonder how our armed forces feel about their services being the collateral that Republican donors use to leverage contracts with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates? It must be a let down to identify as a patriot but then realize that you’re now a mercenary (and may get sent to Iran as part of the deal).

Agreed. I’m just hoping it was with Mueller’s knowledge/blessing and not someone else that left the birdcage open…
From the Mail: “But a source close to Zayed has said that Nader has now fled to the UAE after the Emirati prince pulled strings with US officials to secure his freedom to move.”

Yeah, trust your instincts. Daily Mail is engaged in a bit of poetic license there I think. Given how Nader was captured and basically strip searched when he landed in the country in the first place, I’m going to go ahead and assume Mueller wouldn’t have allowed him to go potty without a permission slip, let alone “flee” the country. He went to UAF with permission and/or while under heavy surveillance, I guarantee it…and UAE will send him back here even if he tries to refuse Mueller’s summons, which I don’t think he will.

That would amount to obstruction of justice and whomever was behind it would be in a world of trouble. Also, Nader would be found floating face down in a pool somewhere sooner rather than later.

Is it known if he will comply?

One of them was tortured to death.

On the other hand, it’s not clear that Kushner’s information was needed.

If that turns out to be Trump loyalists assisting him in avoiding further testimony, you can bank on more indictments.

They have more dollars and rubles than even Putin.

1 / Everything is for sale because the rubes didn’t care that an amoral businessman would pee in the swamp he was ostensibly draining.

2 / It will be funny when Nader is attacked by the rightwing as a sex fiend and so an unreliable witness after the Stormy (et al.) stories come out.

3 / That much money had to be spread around to various people, agencies and organizations. Look for many reputations to be besmirched.

4 / Citizens Untied decision needs to change. Are you awake SC? How can those people sleep?

Indeed. I like to entertain the fantasy that he’s discovered things that have him so personally outraged that he’s ready to hang every one of these traitors from the nearest tree with his own belt if that’s what it takes.

And then there’s this… Hair Furor is going to melt down (ughain) this weekend…

It’s like these guys saw “Network” and said, “hold my beer.” There are so many dots to connect, we need a world map as the basis of a chart…

That should be a laugh. I think a jury would find that less compelling than the demonstrable details of him engaging in this conspiracy and the argument that anyone who would diddle a child is capable of any other sort of crime imaginable.

ALL must go to jail for me to be satisfied, ESPECIALLY Trump. He’s not even remotely the type of mentally ill that qualifies for a defense.

NO. FUCKING. QUARTER.

Wow! Mueller’s dragnet keeps catching more and more folks! This ever-expanding investigation may still snare even more people and expose even now unheard of nefarious plots against the Democrats, the nation and its citizens.

Excellent lay out of the situation.
John Roberts gets a special big “fuck you” for driving this train.

$50 says when Nader’s lawyers were confronted with charges he was smuggling Scandanavian boy porn their statement to the press was “This story is totally and unequivocally false.”
