How is it not a provable case when you have him on tape admitting he did it.
Because he merely said, “Sorry,” which implied, but not stated he did it and he could claim he touched her breast accidentally, which would put it at a he-said, she-said, for which the jury would probably give him the benefit of the doubt, as they are generally expected to do.
God, this is such a disgusting mess of a human being. It makes me recall events in my early career where I was put in very similar situations. I am so fortunate that being naive as I was, that nothing physical ever happened, despite the lecherous clients best efforts. I had nightmares for years about a boss who was infatuated with me. Like Weinstein, he was gross, and physically revolting. This was the late 70’s when women like me were making the first big forays into male corporate culture.
