Discussion: NYC Sludge In AL 'Poop Train' Dumped Out After Public Raises Stink Over Smell

lax zoning laws

I don’t know if the GOP zeal for dregulation extends to zoning laws, but it seems like it could. The GOP zeal for incompetence could as well.

Is it too much to hope that the literal stench of shit will wake up red state residents? Nothing else has stopped them from voting against their own interests, but maybe the in-your-face stench of human feces will.

I guess it comes down to what they care about more: not breathing shit, or hating on minorities.

It does, just take a look at Houston. Very lax zoning laws caused the flooding to be so damaging.

Thanks for the concrete example. No surprise at all!

Wasn’t that immortalized in a “Futurama” episode?

I thought the most egregious aspect of this story was that they parked that shit next a Little League field. Anyone who craps on Little League is the worst of the worst.

It won’t, they will just blame blue state liberals like they do in this article and their water will be carried for them in that by certain self righteous liberals that like to pretend red state Republican voters are a bunch of children with no responsibility for the policies of the politicians they choose to elect to represent them.

I know there’s a metaphor in there somewhere…I guess you just have to keep digging and holding your nose to find it.
