Yeah, I get that this is is his plan. I’m hoping it backfires. And one way it could backfire is if he is successfully countersued and ends up with hefty judgments against him, ideally larger sums than the amount of sympathy money coming his way – which might not end up being such an avalanche after all, especially if he keeps losing case after case.

What it will take is a motion for attorneys fees for bringing frivolous lawsuits levied both against Nunes and his lawyers personally. That will put a stop to this pretty quickly.
