Trump: Nunes should have been AG instead of the sissy Sessions. My first mistake…

Cut Devin a break - he’s still on the mend from an orange bus running him over.

Yeah ā€˜good try’…if you spent a 1/10th as much time on your job as you do trying to coverup the President’s mess up we could get something done.

I keep having to learn the same lesson: The GOP does not care about truth or the health of the country. They care about the GOP’s power and the Big BIz profits. That’s it. I seem to forget that as soon as I get a handle on it.

ā€œI’m not going to talk about Intelligence Committee business,ā€ Nunes reportedly said, asked again about his role in the committee’s investigation into Russian election meddling.

good move

On June 1, Nunes issued subpoenas to the National Security Agency, the FBI and the Central Intelligence Agency, demanding information on the how the names of Trump campaign and transition staffers who communicated with Russians had become un-redacted, or ā€œunmasked,ā€ in intelligence reports.

bad decision

Every time Nunes speaks, the sum total of human knowledge is decreased.

Doesn’t that violate some Law of Thermodynamics? Lawlessness!

Nunes is remarkably stupid, even for a Trump GOP hack. He must be nervous he is under investigation for obstruction of justice.

ā€œI don’t have to go to prison, do I?ā€
ā€œGood try.ā€

The fact that a dullard like Nunes chairs the ā€œIntelligenceā€ committee is rich indeed.

Nunes is a stupid crook. Not a clever one.

Seems to be a trend that folks around Donald can’t say no and can’t say yes. I interpret both as a yes.

Funny how he made his midnight run to the White House, but he can’t discuss ā€œcommittee businessā€ with a member of the Fourth Estate. He needs a lesson in exactly who he’s supposed to be working for; last I checked, it was the people in his district, not the Trump ā€œAdministration.ā€

An unnamed Republican congressional aide told the Wall Street Journal that Nunes’ unmasking investigation was considered separate from the Russia probe.

Yes, I can’t see how the two are related at all. [audible eyeroll]

Bopping over to the Senate side and the committee hearings this morning, what I started hearing from some of the Rs was an attempt to dig up misuse of the ā€œ702ā€ warrants as an attempt to provide cover and insinuate the same kind of ā€œunmaskingā€ Nunes is trying to fellate into something. To their minimal credit, the chiefs shot those questions down.

[EDIT] I have no idea what a 702 warrant is, except for what I learned in the sentences of one-syllable words the witnesses had to use to explain them to the R questioners.

Like Great Leader Josh opines: Nunes is a total Dignity Wraith. Orange Pustule Hitler corrupts everything he touches. Every thing!
