You have to hand it to the Repubs - they are tireless and relentlessly full of shit and evil schemes. They are no longer a political party - they are a well financed cabal of amoral plutocrats trying to undo every single progressive change that has happened since the 1800s - and despite the resistance, they have had way too much success in their endeavors so far for anyone to feel comfortable or relieved about anything that is going on.
The mainstream media, that has mistaken failure to call out bullshit and obvious malfeasance for objectivity, continues to unthinkingly aid and abet them. It is no longer a horse race when one rider is actively attempting to cripple the other horses before the race begins. It boggles the mind that we can no longer have a simple election where people vote, the votes are counted, and the person or policy with the most votes wins. That simple basic exercise seems to be beyond us and has been since the SCOTUS debacle of 2000.

Was looking forward to quizzing Darrtown on what he’s heard that McSally is not going all gonzo negative on the fraud/cooked books CTs because she knows she has lost and is getting set to be appointed as McCain’s successor. That would give her a leg up in 2020 against any Dem seeking to replace her.
