Evidence of paranoid bigoted dumbassery?
The astonishing mental inferiority of White Supremacists like Van Spakovsky and Kobach, never ceases to amuse me…
#BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!
(because yes, a lot of this is self-inflicted)
God, I hate von Spakovsky. His public humiliation can’t be big enough or run long enough to satisfy me.
They’re not sending their best.
(Never mind. Actually, they probably are…)
The astonishing mental inferiority, moral corruption, and cultural depravity of White Supremacists like Van Spakovsky and Kobach, never ceases to amuse me…
There, fixed it.
The judge allowed the audio, which Ho had provided, to be played.
I’m beginning to really like the judge in this case.
Von Spakovsky: “I am the only expert on this subject…the only one. Listen to no one else. In fact, let me decide the case, let me suppress voter registration, and the minority and poor and Democratic vote. This is my only purpose in life. Without it, what would I do? What would I do?”
the Heritage Foundation, where von Spakovsky is a scholar.
For values of scholar that do not include “someone who is knowledgeable”.
To Von Spakovsky: I suggest you crawl back under the rock you emerged from . . .and die.
This definitely sounds like the kind of Republican judge we used to have in the good old days before Reagan, the Bushes and the right-wing legal conspiracy (Heritage Foundation et al.) corrupted the process of finding good appointees.
I think this judge was put on the bench by W.
Given Von Spakovsky’s role in W’s DOJ - it is pretty ironic.
From Wikipedia:
Electoral fraud, election manipulation, or vote rigging is illegal interference with the process of an election, whether by increasing the vote share of the favored candidate, depressing the vote share of the rival candidates, or both.
From Ballotpedia:
Voter fraud is illegal interference with the process of an election.
Both of these definitions for Voter/Electoral fraud clearly include attempts to suppress voting. Or to put another way, the only way voter fraud is involved in the Trump’s commission or what Kobach is doing in Kansas is that both were engaged in attempted voter fraud.
I am nothing short of ’ gleeful ’ … this afternoon —
Why we believe: It has to be voter fraud, because the only other explanation is we belong to an insignificant minority…
Kobach argued that the transcript shouldn’t be admitted because, he said, Pro Publica has in the past misrepresented itself to Kobach.
That wasn’t ProPublica asshat, that was the President’s staff not wanting to be associated with you.
These guys are the fraudsters: Kobach, Von Spakovsky. There is unmistakable evidence that they lie and lie and lie and …
Speaking of witty federal judges, I was listening to the podcast of Rachel Maddow’s show at lunch today, and she reported that when Manafort’s lawyer told the federal judge in Eastern Virginia that he was looking at rosy glasses at a trial date in November, the judge told him to see the optomitrist and that trial would be in July. Hahahahaha!
What else is happening? I’ve been sidelined by work and sickness, although not necessarily in that order.
It’s gratifying to see just how awful Kobach and HVS are at this.
