Discussion: 'Not Qualified' Judicial Nominee Didn't Tell Senate He's Married To WH Lawyer

His job would be give a free pass to any Trumpian needing one within the judicial process he would oversee. You must know that a bevy of grateful/worthless hacks like these are being inserted throughout the DOJ and important regulatory agencies. Cheney did the same thing and also added a spying feature to his toadies throughout the government.

I wasn’t aware that Trump Hospital existed.

Don’t blame the guy for accepting the nomination from a President who criticized Obama mercilessly for playing golf and is on pace to establish the all time golfing record for a US President, who told the entire world that this Russia story is a made up story and he fired James Comey because Comey is a showboat, who told us on Saturday that Putin told him very sincerely that he did not hack our elections, ever, at all, not even a teensey weensey bit. It’s like China, not their fault for taking advantage of our awful prior presidents…

The trouble is, there’s no Traffic Court in the federal judiciary where you can hide a guy like this until he figures out where the judge, the clerk, the lawyers, the witnesses, etc. all sit in the courtroom.

We thoroughly ream this guy over at LawyersGunsAndMoney, and that was over the weekend, BEFORE these latest tidbits about the wife (not on his conflicts disclosure, yes on a Mueller witness list!)

‘Democratic lawmakers have harshly criticized
Donaldson’s nomination to a lifetime position, based on the 36-year-old
lawyer’s total lack of trial experience and the fact that the American
Bar Association has rated him “not qualified.”’

[I think the author meant Talley’s nomination.]

Simply not possible. And I know of what I speak.

The better question is how do they keep convincing other people that they’re “anti-Trump” with those publicly documented voting habits?

Looks about as bright as roadkill, the man does.

@arc_of_the_universe One need be more than “anti-Trump” to oppose the GOP’s injection of cronies and buffoons into the federal judiciary. If one believes government is the enemy, then hamstringing it with these clods follows naturally.

He also promised to stay at a Holiday Inn Express for a couple of nights. Apparently under this Congress that’s all you need to do to get approved for any position.

Probably didn’t mention her because she changed her name from the original Russian.

“Was that wrong? Is that a problem? Should I have disclosed that? I tell ya, I gotta plead ignorance on this one. No one explained to the meaning of ‘conflict of interest’. And you know, if you’re going to use such tricky legal words on these forms, you really need to provide an explanation. If anyone had said anything to me when I first started this process that that sort of thing was frowned upon, I would have totally disclosed the name of my wife and her employer.”

Give the guy a break. Government disclosure forms are very difficult and … magical – they make you forget who you are and important events in your life. Right, Jared?

And you know he doesn’t have the slightest knowledge of this being done. Couldn’t give a FF
