He can be impeached easily, he cannot be removed from office though.
Donnie looks more ridiculous than the Easter bunny. Scratch that! Donnie IS MORE RIDICULOUS THAN THE EASTER BUNNY!
Narrator: Behind his well practiced, phlegmatic and laconic public persona. Trump is very worried.
The Easter bunny stole Bill Barr’s glasses. Wait a minute …
I think they belong to Mick Mulvaney.
OK, two outright lies are packed into that short article–he is not worried and “nobody disobeys my orders”.
Although he is probably lying (it is Trump, after all), I am just as happy thinking that he isn’t sleeping much at night dreading the outcome of the 2020 election and facing charges once he no longer has the protection of the presidency.
Well let’s make him worried.
Why should he be worried?
Nancy Pelosi is Speaker, and Trump could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and she would not support impeachment.
Oh come on. Donald Trump is literally-literally the least credible person in recorded human history.
I see what you did there.
Oh, I don’t know, depending on the scenario materials might cost about a dollar.
And I don’t think it is going very far out on a limb to include pre-recorded human history as well. He has been lying almost every moment of his life since he uttered his first words, and now he is 72. It is hard to beat that, unless we think Methuselah was a chronic liar.
Translation: He’s shaking in his boots.
Actually, he is worried right now. Steve Bannon was quoted in one of the many books written about the Trump administration as having told him that his Presidency probably won’t last three years. Apparently Bannon said this to Trump in early 2017. I think that might turn out to have been a very prescient statement indeed.
"Trump also said “nobody disobeys my orders,” in response to a reporter asking as much. Special counsel Robert Mueller’s redacted final report said White House officials repeatedly did not follow Trump’s orders."
It is indeed a tricky matter when we are asserting Steve Bannon as speaking truth on any topic. He might be right under the stopped watch principle.
