Run the clock on this, using the court if necessary. Shouldn’t be a problem. Dems have to show some steel.

And any such laws passed by the fascists in power now can be repealed by the next session of the state legislature.

Republicans cite stories from constituents who say they have seen fraud as credible proof.

I’d be really curious to find out what fraud these constituents believe they observed. Was it a cardboard box they “just knew” contained pre-filled ballots?

An unconstitutional law, even if passed by referendum, is an unconstitutional law.

I’ve always been mildly amused that the proponents of voter ID laws never push for the obvious solution-- a national ID card, similar to what most civilized countries have.

Why, it’s almost like they don’t actually want to solve the problem that they claim exists.

To give validation to their statements, they should have to file charges against the guilty parties. Heresay is not evidence.

What is it about North Carolina? Too much home made hooch? Is Poor whiteism an issue? Is corruption so ingrained that it politics stink?

We were Democratic for 150 years. 2011 gerrymandering was like a checkmate.
