Wasn’t Kevin McCarthy, the Speaker of the House, nailing Renee Ellmers as part of his job in the Republican leadership team? The following Kevin McCarthy quote seems apt for North Carolina situation. Kevin McCarthy said “If I look at history of where we are it seems a lot like 1979.” He also noted that “The second bit of advice I believe Lincoln would tell us: “Don’t sit and blame others for your problems.””

Yea and I’d like to say fans of my fellow state supported alma mater and UNC rival, NCSU cared, but I don’t like to lie…well at least to myself…
When the Minnesota GOTP used their majorities to put constitutional amendments on the ballot to ban gay marriage and require voter ID, the state Dems flipped the entire legislature. Hey, Wasserman-Schultz! How about targeting these slime balls instead of your stsndard guarantee of token opposition for R incumbents? NC used to have a Dem leg, too.

Donald Trump University can easily replace UNC. Another reason why the South likes Trump. Actually, I have no serious idea why anyone likes Trump, possibly the most unlikable man ever to be in politics.
