Discussion: No One Seems To Want To Be In Trump Tower Anymore

Yes, but I’m sure it will be turned into a giant tax write off for numnuts… At least until he has no income upon which to write off losses. We know he’s making at least $400k for the forseeable future.

Now THIS is how to build a brand. Definitely a case study for MBA students all over the world along side FedEx, Walmart and Apple. LMAO

I work in a Trump building in NYC. His name appears nowhere. His name is mud in this town.

According to Bloomberg, the past two years have generally ended in loses for property owners who sold their condos.

The occupancy rate has plunged and oglers of the building often outnumber customers of the building’s shops.

Yeah, that’s what the left-wing media says, but it’s really about urban re-colonization by god-faring conservatives into New York, with the Trump Tower as the beach-head! MAGA!!

I wouldn’t mind seeing a 1985 Philadelphia Move like scenario. Percussion bomb dropped on the roof. Then we can bring back Bonwit Teller.

Actually, I don’t see why anyone is afraid of this fool. I USED to be scared of types like him but then I had a huge, fortnight-long running battle in junior high school with one of them and I was never bothered again. EVER.

The case of Stephanie Wilkinson is something the GOP could learn from. Wilkinson is the manager of the Red Hen, the tiny Virginia restaurant that told Annie Wilkes to leave after her staff said they didn’t want to serve her. Wniny’s minions went berserk. They sent her death threats, doxxed her staff (which seems to be a big threat in their circles) made fake reservations, wrote phony negative Yelp! reviews. However, as she opened the hate mail, Wilkinson noticed one thing. For every nasty letter she got, she’d get two supporting her. Some even had checks in them. Wilkinson learned one important lesson: “There are more of US than there are of THEM.” And we need to keep that in mind. She is now doing better than ever, one year later.

All it takes is guts. That’s all.

Yeah, see, see, it’s all a “sport” to actually stiff it to the government and not pay taxes, just like every good American should do. He’s not losing, he’s winning so much it’s gonna’ be GREAT!

This was the beginning of trumPP’s criminality. A gorgeous piece of art embodied in a building erected in 1928 and torn down (and breaking a pledge to retain some of the artwork) simply to glorify his crap name. Notice there’s a mention of “John Baron, vice president of the trump organization”

The last line referencing John Baron… :joy:

The Bonwit Teller building at this location was originally Stewart’s Department Store, which, when it opened just before the Crash of '29, was criticized for being … tawdry and garish and gaudy and tacky …
