I actually disagree.

What we live in is an atmosphere of many years and many generations of those who have never struggled with or been forced to understand what this experiment in self-government really means.

Consequently, they fail to understand the value of the freedoms they have. They end up being exploited by every charleton that comes along that promises them a so called better future by forcing them to choose between a short term solution without realizing or their unwillingness to understand the impacts of their lack of understanding of history or having any vision of the future.

Note that I just described the so called president.

I donā€™t have the answer other than I know that the pendulum does swing back.

I donā€™t know about that. Trump has opened the door to a lot of what was just sitting around waiting for the likes of him. I live in one of the bluest cities in one of the bluest states of the country, and my family (and even more so my wifeā€™s) is LOADED with Trump supporters. Iā€™m not talking just GOP voters, I am talking people who thought Bush was a RINO.

Support is very, very deep for someone like Trump. Not even him specifically, but anyone who will speak out against the forced gender reassignments and crushing poverty of taxation that the next Democratic administration will bring.

On balance and when not interfered with, our FBI is Pretty Damn Good at what they do. Odds of them catching the idiot(s) behind this are pretty high.

And speaking of high odds, Iā€™d say itā€™s a pretty safe bet that more packages destined for places like Texas (Beto) and California (whole laundry list of the usual targets) are still en route. Hoping that everyone stays vigilant and we can continue the string of ā€œnobody got hurtā€.

That was said in 1963. I read it then. I was a young man then and I clearly remember those events and the ā€œtheoriesā€ that followed.
