Well, Governor Haley, how do you think the rest of us feel when the Republican Party calls us far worse, takes away our rights, and stomps on our freedoms. I’m sorry, but being called a ‘whore’ is child’s play compared to what the GOP does to women. . .and if you’re a trans woman or a woman of color or a lesbian- forget about any kind of respect from the GOP. Not only do they want to take away our freedoms- in some cases, they want to take away our LIVES!

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA…puhleeeeez…say something that’s at least remotely believable. I’d run out of ink coloring in all the places on a SC map that you can go talk like that about women, particularly the liberal and “colored” kind, and have all the white guys in a 3 mile radius laughing uproariously. Man are they desperately trying to milk this.

Edit: BTW, I thought Jonathan Winter was dead…why is he standing with her in that photo?

Josh’s recent column about Sarah Palin attempting to hide behind a shield of feminism and “the war on women” is appropriate here.
If Nikki “crocodile tears” Haley is this upset about a simple flub of speech, it actually kind of proves that she has no concept of what makes it offensive to be called a whore in sincerity. It’s embarrassing that she’s unable to make that distinction, and I think it reveals a deeper psychological problem, but you’d have to ask a real psychiatrist, like Krauthammer.

Especially when it’s just a garbled up mispronunciation, and absent all intention to use the word “whore.” For Haley to seize on this stammering mistake, and act like a victim over it, is the lowest form of political deceit, but right in keeping with GOP strategy. When you have nothing, seize on it and act like it’s something.

There was no whore gaff, and no kick in the gut, except what passes for it in Nikki Haley’s twisted mind. Sheheen tripped over his tongue, and the sniveling victim culture of conservatives dictates that they pretend that Sheheen called Haley a w-word, then bemoan the awfulness and gut-kicking of it all. Crocodile tears for everyone!

Four years ago, in the Republican gubernatorial primary, Haley had to swat down allegations from competitors that she had a long-time affair (with someone in government I think - I don’t care to google).

If that video was a kick in the gut, I wonder how long it took her to recover from that particularly nasty 3-way primary campaign. She probably still has night terrors about it.
