Thanks Donald J. Trump. Just to remind everyone, public displays of racism and bigotry are NOT acceptable. It took a huge effort by a lot of courageous people over a century to force loud mouthed bigots into the closet — the appropriate place for them and anyone with a socially destructive M.O… Ideally, we could change the minds of bigots and racists, but in the mean time, making it TOTALLY socially unacceptable to make xenophobic, racist statements in public will have to do. For the trolls, note I said “socially unacceptable” not “illegal” … I am well aware of the 1st amendment.
