Hey, I live in TN., too, and I say the same goddamned thing, and I’m not apologizing for it either, you racist, uneducated GOP pieces of shit!

This is bone-headed. Gotta be more careful of what you say…

Not all R’s are racist, but it would appear that most if not all racists are R’s…

There must be a better way of saying this, some way that doesn’t inflame and entrench what you’re seeking to end.

Ultimately, racist TENNESSEEANS voted Marsha Blackburn as Senator and she’s among the racist representative, ever! She’s nothing but a fake bleached blonde who wears red lipstick and puckering for Trump! She’s incapable of doing a damn thing for the state!

All sister girl needs to do is remind TENNESSEEANS that very fact by reporting Marsha’s record!

Nice to see. Why not shine the spotlight on these ‘deplorables’. They insult the rest of us on a daily level.

She’s right.

Why sink to GOP levels? While it may be factual, prove your thesis by your actions, not words.

Gratifying, perhaps, but this kind of talk doesn’t seem helpful to achieving the long-term goal. “Basket of deplorables” certainly did not help Hillary Clinton any.

All true but it’s ‘healthy’ to put it out there from time to time. Why let these people hide in the shadows all the time, sitting back in their indoor furniture on the front porch throwing insults without recourse.

No, but all of them are perfectly OK with racism. The problem isn’t what she said. It’s that she said it publicly.

At first I was going to be critical of her comments, but then when I read that she lives there I changed my mind. If she lives there, then she would know and has the authority to speak about it. I see some of our Hive members do too, and it is equally appropriate for them to speak to this.

I might urge a little bit of caution, and perhaps, work on better ways of communicating what she said. But, since she lives there she has the first-hand experience to talk about it.

Fully agree…

As someone noted, better to point out the policies that are racist by design…

good for her…
Does anyone expect anything less from these powerful black women? Did we think they were going to meekly assume their positions for the very same Republicans who have tried to hold them down for decades?

C’mon, folks, we knew they would start swinging the hammer the moment they had their hands on it, it is time to stop letting Republican racists be rude and aggressive and hateful without standing up to it.

Don’t expect yielding, mewling comity from these women, they’ve been victims all their lives of more than one form of disrespect, and Re Re taught them well.

R E S P E C T; THEY DON’T HAVE TO DEMAND IT NOW, THEY OWN IT!

Respect is something they all deserved a long time ago, now they have managed to pull it like an old wisdom tooth from the jaws of traditional Republican strongholds, and they have every right to speak such simple truth.

KEEP AFTER EM!

Sorry, had to vent…

Well let’s see - if your party is #1 with racists, then it’s probably racist. And if you support a racist party, then you are probably a racist.

I don’t understand the pearl-clutching. Republicans have done away with the dog-whistle to use a bull-horn. And use it they do with impunity. So why is it bad to call it out?

When has that ever worked?
