If anything honest and true ever emanates from this White House, will anybody believe it?

ā€œThe anecdote was meant to divide, not unite and is completely false.ā€

No reasonable person can doubt that what the New Yorker reported is true.

Trump only operates one way, he only moves in one direction, and the idea that he would find the restraint not to mock little Mikey is just not plausible.

Meanwhile, let’s see how long it takes for Trump to take a shot at this guy. My money is on never.

Who are you gonna believe, Huckabee Sanders or 60 other people?? Please. The correct answer is the latter.

The turd-in-Chief mocked a disabled NYT reporter on live television in a grotesque exhibition of bullying.

This story is very believable as his past behavior is chockful of similar occurrences.

Besides…imagine…stories made up to divide instead of unite…that would be like making up shit about a President’s birth certificate…please…

"ā€œThe President has the highest level of respect for the vice president, and for his deeply held faith. The suggestion that he would make such outrageous remarks is offensive and untrue,ā€ Sanders claimed to Politico. ā€œThe anecdote was meant to divide, not unite and is completely false.ā€

The more strident the denial, the more true the report.

True… it’s his style. Even with his supposed ā€œfriendsā€, he can’t help but be the bully that he is.

Trump wants to hold NBC and now, presumably the New Yorker responsible for what he claims are untruths (but in reality news that he doesn’t like), but wants the freedom for himself to tweet all sorts of lies, falsehoods, and damn lies.

First amendment for me, but not for thee. I miss the days when the occupant of the Oval Office had high standards.

Trump is going to drop an F-bomb sometime soon. And not a Biden-y happy F-bomb. It will likely be between ā€œwringā€ and ā€œneckā€ (or between two beepable-words) to a female reporter.

The RWNJs will blame her.

The White House has certainly shown again and again that they are a paragon of honesty and integrity, so I’ll take their word for it.

I would like the next publication or network that stands by their story follows up with Sanders and asks
ā€œWhy are you lying about this.?ā€

I would literally bet my life on The New Yorker’s reporting here. And you wouldn’t have to put up much against that life—couple of hundred bucks, say. Be like picking up money off the sidewalk.

Of course, the fact that it’s utterly believable that Trump said this about Pence is the real story. That he has to defend himself at all here is indicting enough.
