âPeople will suffer and people will dieâ
Iâd like this be the milder of the rhetoric we see. Keep it up AGâs.
That GOP bumper stickerâs already in production.
âTrump 2020: People will suffer and people will die.â
Itâs a runaway hit with Republican focus groups.
Trump âreckless and cruelâ? Who could have predicted that?
A famous quote from Richard Mourdock (R IN defeated by Joe Donnelly in 2012) said:
âTo me, the highlight of politics, frankly, is to inflict my opinion on someone else.â
This seems to me to be a big part of Trumpâs plan too⌠He is looking to âbuild bi-partisanâ support by trying to make everybody believe that he is taking hostages. His general plan being that he will threaten to shoot the hostage unless the opposition gets on board to give him whatever his cause du jour happens to be (the wall, the ban, Iran, etc). But the most important target audience for these diatribes is his base. He wants to impress them most of all that he is a âtough guyâ.
Does anybody else see Steve Millerâs fingerprints all over this bombastic strategy of late?
It strikes me that Trump taking advice from Miller is sort of like taking Ex-Lax to solve a diarrhea problem. Following Millerâs advice may have a short term effect by projecting strength to the base but at the end of the day the only outcome from his proposed solution is a big bucket of shit.
These are the guys in the white hats. And they donât carry guns.
Wow, you have a way with words. And I like it.
Is there anyone besides me who would really like to know what Bannonâs answer was when Trump asked him what the 25 amendment was?
OT and Iâm sorry - it has really been bothering me.
Trump Is âReckless And Cruelâ To Halt Obamacare Payments
Trump: Yes, I am. And very Proud. So is Putin.
Absolutely. Miller (puppet of Bannon) will slant every issue to turn our government into a fascist cult of personality. Heâs feeding trump lines that clearly represent more knowledge and eloquence than trump ever possessed, and we know heâs behind the multiply-failed attempts to ban Muslims from the US and deport all brown people.
Iâm somewhat surprised Kelly was able to squeeze out the rest of the Bannon cabal, but not Miller.
My only quibble with the New York attorney generalâs statement is that he said it was âBreathtakingly Recklessâ.
Breathtaking implies surprise. As this is intended to break government and punish poor people I think âExpectedly Recklessâ is more appropriate
âItâs got something to do with Jaredâs Security Clearance applicationâ, Bannon answered.
Correctly.
Trump gets off on being seen as cruel. It makes him feel powerful.
It would be better to call him âReckless and Weak.â
And that, folks, is how plain old diarrhea becomes explosive diarrhea - by projecting strength to the base.
âDonât worry about it, Mr. President. Go back to twitter.â
Trump should be careful about getting in a fight with Schneiderman since there are doubtless numerous offenses that Schneiderman can prosecute him for and he canât pardon himself for state crimes.
New bumper sticker:
Trump for Big Brother in 1984
Trump is cruel and ineffective. A loser. Why would he, a millionaire, care about people with little or modest income?
My guess is Bannon more or less explained that the people in his Cabinet can have him removed from the Presidency.
Bannon has always been one of the chief architects driving the in fighting at the WH. And he wasnât going to miss an opportunity to feed an unstable Donaldâs paranoia while also pointing out those he felt were not being sufficiently supportive of Bannonâs internal battles.
That particular tactic is very similar to what Lewandowski did, Bannon just did it more aggressivelyâŚkeep Donald worried and off balance so he only listens and trusts Bannon. Neither of them completely succeeded, largely because Donald doesnât trust anyone, especially those whispering in his ears to only trust them while they are vying to share the spotlight.
To whit, Kellyâs faux pax of saying ârunning the country is the hardest job he has ever hadâ is a good indicator that he in on the same path.
Miller is a POS.
