I’m surprised this one took so long!

Daniels, NBC News reported, alleges in the suit that Davidson became a “puppet” for Trump and Cohen.

No puppet, no puppet, Davidson is the puppet!

That Davidson violated his ethical duty to Stormy Daniels and other Cohen connected women on multiple occasions is obvious. Why he still has a license is the real mystery.

Cohen is going to die in prison if he doesn’t flip.
Just like Manafort.

Was wondering when Davidson would be sued. Frankly, there is enough question about the way he represented his cients that the state licensing authority should be looking closely at his bar membership.

Surely by now you have noticed that Avenatti doesn’t shoot all his ammo at once?

The email thread that was released recently where Davidson sent Cohen the information on what the WSJ was asking him is damning in and of itself. That email was sent just a few days prior to the election.

Why yes, yes he did. I really hope she triumphs in court.

He’ll flip. He’s got to be looking at how Mueller is turning the screws on Manafort, and sweating. He knows it’s going to be his turn very soon.

And Avenatti acting like a herding dog with very sharp teeth will only make him more anxious.

I’m good with that.

I like it that the lawsuit used the term “colluded” for what Davidson and Cohen did. Hope Trump likes it too. Will either one of them - or both - be disbarred?

But you’ve got to admit, he throws the “boom-booms”, consistently!

This suit doesn’t stand a chance.

It’s the position of white Evangelicals that anyone, under the United States Constitution, can betray his fiduciary responsibility, fraudulently conceal a conflict of interest, pay hush-money, lie repeatedly, or break any law to protect a serial adulterer who cheats on his postpartum wife with a porn star – so long as there’s an “R” after his name.

What part of “sincerely-held religious belief” doesn’t Avenatti get?

there is a serious sense of desperation on Cohen’s part in the email chain… he keeps asking Davidson to call him on Jan 17 – five “call me” messages alone. Its pretty obvious that Cohen was getting enormous pressure from Team Trump, and probably Trump himself…

the depositions should be fun!

From all I’ve read about this, she has a very good case. Davidson will most likely be disbarred. And I hope she bankrupts him in the process.

I can just hear Trump and Giuliani now, "NO COLLUSION, NO COLLUSION, NO COLLUSION!"

I prefer ‘t Herd’ to ‘Team Trump’ ( I refuse to use t’s name in my own writing. Voldemort wastes letters on the traitor.)

This is a civil suit. The discovery alone will get Davidson disbarred.

This should be a slam dunk basis to void the contract that this lawyer prepared for her.
