Discussion: New Report Casts Doubt On O'Reilly's LA Riots Coverage

Discussion for article #233755

This man’s life has taken place in front of a green screen. I don’t even know if the pictures of him are real.

Where is the shot of him devouring a corn dog?

I’m beginning to wonder if Bill O’Reilly is his real name.

Has anyone seen his birth certificate?

Guys, what he meant to say is that he saw the video of Reginald Denny. It is pretty much the same as having concrete raining down on him.

Arrows from Persian hordes rained down on me while I was reporting on the battle of Thermopylae in the movie “The 300.”

The jackass actually went to cover an LA riot in a limo.

“Two of the team said the man was angered specifically by O’Reilly
behaving disrespectfully after arriving at the smoking remains of his
neighbourhood (sic) in a limousine, whose driver at one point began polishing
the vehicle. O’Reilly is said to have shouted at the man and asked him:
“Don’t you know who I am?””

I must say here that Billo is consistent. Embellishing, being arrogant and disrespectful are strong traits in him which is why Murdoch/Ailes so loves him.

That is really the best part of this story.

If you have never watched O’Reilly get his ass kicked on his own show by Phil Donahue, it’s worth it if you have an extra 8 minutes to watch. I love how Phil talks down to him and calls him " Billy" as talking to a child.

O’Reilly has lived an amazing life within the confines of his very fertile imagination.

Six former co-workers disputed O’Reilly’s tale of being bombarded with concrete and bricks by rioters while covering the 1992 unrest in Los Angeles, according to the Guardian.
…
“It didn’t happen,” one colleague from “Inside Edition” told the paper. “If it did, how come none of the rest of us remember it?”

I must say, BillO obviously has a lot of former co-workers who truly love him. It is so great how they are all coming out for him and staging this intervention.

Fox can’t stand it when the horse Puckey is thrown at them.

Saw it, was wonderful!!

Sounds a lot like Bible Spice from Alaska, too. No wonder she’s done so well at FOX Entertainment.

Actually she has lost her employment at Fox. But she does have a subscription based video feed the angry hoards can buy into.

I thought she still does commentary now and again. I remember seeing her not long ago in Greta’s time slot, for her opinion on something or other. Perhaps she was just being interviewed. Thanks for the update, though, as I thought she was still on FOX’s payroll.
