This is so tragic, how frightened he must have been. His poor family.

I hope his daughter doesn’t carry the weight of his death on her shoulders. The daugher being in a wreck may have precipitated the heart attack, but it’s just as likely he was living on borrowed time and that any stressful event would have triggered it. RIP.

It’s a dad thing. I cannot imagine the emotional load of this man during and after the treatment. Did I do enough? Will she be OK? I only hope that his final thought was that he helped his child, because if you are a dad, that’s important.

In a day where you have a half-term, half witted quitter governor endorsing a megalomaniacal, bigoted and serial bankrupt real estate mogul for president we sadly forget the selfless acts of local officials such as this borough council member and EMT who make government work every day.
