Until someone brokers a video of the melee and posts it, I don’t give a shit about “he said, she said”. As far as I’m concerned…the Palin Clan are garbage, and its time to take out the trash.

You don’t think it’s news when a person who was nominated for the vice-presidency, and who still draws a considerable audience, gets involved in a common drunken brawl with her family that generally confirms that she and her clan are classless, common trash to those who might not yet come to that conclusion?

I wish TPM would stop reporting this claim without comment. The fact is that this “source’s” way of “disputing” the report is completely bogus. In boxing a hook is usually thrown with your non-dominant hand (since if you’re in a normal boxing stance throwing a hook with your dominant hand leaves you too wide open). Believe me, it is more than possible to have a “strong hook” with your non-dominant hand. Ask Joe Frazier about his left hook. Or better yet, ask one of his opponents.

Which is exactly why she would throw her big punches with her right hand. Breaking your off hand is much less inconvenient than breaking your favored hand. If you’re a lefty, you jab left and throw heavy pushes on the right.

Chammy, I’d love to hear the last of her, I really would, and so would pretty much everyone. But this may be the thing that finally makes her a private citizen and relieves us of Palin Said a Thing stories. You take the most conservative quarter or third of the country, they’re generally pretty respectable as people. Mow the loans, make the kids do their homework, like that. The Palins aren’t, deep down. They’re selfish, impulsive instant-gratification seekers. Respectable people don’t start drunken melées at parties. And maybe the whole country, not just most of it, will once and for all see that these people aren’t extra-virtuous Real Americans. They’re just a bunch of grifting fakes. It’s their Lonesome Rhodes moment, when everyone finally sees them for who they are. At least I hope so!

Pure, unadulterated trailerr trash. Remember all the thousands of dollars the Palins rang up for clothes and luxuries during the 2008 campaign? Can you imagine the GOP outrage if one of the Obama daughters turned up pregnant and unmarried at any time? Or Chelsea Clinton?
