Honestly, the only feeling I have for this woman is pity. This suit sounds like a cry for help from someone who desperately needs it.

I look forward to reading the magistrate judge’s order dismissing this lawsuit.
Crazy lawsuits like this get filed in federal courts more often than most people realize. I’m sure there is a routine procedure for dealing with them.
I’m guessing in this case lack of federal jurisdiction?

Curious how she will prove she has “Standing” since you cannot sue “on behalf of” a third party (or Trinity for that matter.)

If you rearrange the letters in her name, you can get “insane lady kills vr” which means about as much, or as little, as her lawsuit (vr being the virtual reality of her existence).

@Khaaannn beat me to it, but lack of standing is the most likely ground to toss the case, while allowing the poor woman to keep whatever she has left of her dignity. Tossing it out for not defining the class or specific statute violated is like kicking a dog for its not knowing the inverse square law.

I hope the judge recognizes this as the embarrassing waste of time that it is, and promptly tosses it in the garbage where it belongs. How ridiculous.

I’d like to point out to this lady that the God she worships fathered a son out of wedlock. Mary the mother of Jesus was found to be pregnant BEFORE she married Joseph. Now if the lady is gonna go all moralistic I think she should question the morality of her dear Creator.
Can the defense call God to the witness stand?.
