If I recall correctly, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of California issued a policy against ICE in or near California courthouses at least a year ago.
Sadly, even a letter from 100,000 august jurists will have zero effect on these draconian intimidation tactics. ICE is the new Gestapo.

They aren’t only going after “gang members” and public safety threats. Here in Colorado, they show up all the time, on even the mildest cases.

No. It’s intimidation but nobody will ever be charged for it. The FBI does this all the time and that’s just how the government plays.

ICE says it’s going into courthouses only for certain targets, like gang members and public safety threats and immigrants who have been previously deported or ordered to leave.
Acting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Ronald Vitiello, would you mind commenting on how many ICE agents have been killed or injured in the course of detaining suspected undocumented immigrants? As opposed to how many people are injured in the course of your agents arresting someone?
And with these communities that are not holding people that have served their sentence in local jails what is the average time that the local jail has to detain them before you pick them up? How much does that cost the local jail?

I understand ICE also stakes out hospital emergency rooms and monitors 911 calls for people speaking Spanish or with heavy accents.
Nothing will happen - each ICE agent get a bonus for every one they pull in .
