Discussion: NE GOP Office Vandalized With Smashed Windows, 'ABOLISH ICE' Spray Paint

SIgh. I agree with the sentiment, but not the vandalism. Use your words, people.

And now they’ll use this to justify every vile, hateful thing they do. (Not that they need this to be vile and hateful.)

Does anyone know where “Backwards B Girl” is?

I don’t approve of the vandalism, but what this shows is the left is pretty damn hot right now. That means most of us are going to show up on election day. The Democrats really should be organizing registration from now until election. This could be a giant landslide.

Exactly.

“I really wish I could tell you I’m surprised by this, but I’m not,” Zoeller said.

Me neither. Some Americans tend to act “uncivilly” toward fascists.

Practicing the word “hsiloba” over and over?

I think Nebraska is the home of the Abolish ICE movement, and has been since the movie version of Mosquito Coast came out

Now is the time to call for civility. Not when people say their opinion to another’s face in public.

Someone also placed stickers on their doors and windows touting the protest group Betsy Riot, which describes itself as a “decentralized neo-suffragette, punk-patriot resistance movement.”

Stickers? The FBI is conducting a witch hunt against the President and not investigating the monsters who put stickers on doors and windows.

I don’t doubt that there are people on the left capable of this kind of thing, but this strikes me as robust Reichstag fire mid-tones with a hint of kristallnacht bouquet.

In other words, for GOP purposes, perfect.

and plan to use the incident in a fundraising pitch.

Not to be a surly suspicious nitwit, but – have we any proof this is not a false flag attack?

Betsy Riot. Riot, riot, where have I heard that word before? This couldn’t sound more like one of Putin’s “Oops, you tripped over my leg” moments if it tried.

Breaking a window and not painting across all of them seems suspicious to me. And painting on the sidewalk? That’s a numnutz move. I call false.

ETA: I just looked at the Betsy Riot site. They make their stickers available as .pdf’s in Avery format. Hmmmm.

Oh well. I guess white christo-fascism isn’t as safe a hobby as it once was.

Almost certainly a false flag. The “Abolish ICE” slogan is one that few lefties agree with, but the righties are eager to pin on them.

total false flag operation, those aren’t real republicans, they are actors

not even real bricks

I wonder if there is any truth to the rumor that there is video of Alex Jones and Donnie Jr. buying bricks and spray paint at the local ACE (guess we’ll have to wait for the receipts to show up in the next tRUmp campaign filing)

It’s NE. Do you really think law enforcement there is going to come to ANY other conclusion than that it was “some angry violent liberal accosting our democracy because they all want to destroy our country”??? They probably showed up at the scene with kerosene and a dumpster just in case there was any evidence that needed proper filing.

Smells like a big 'ol GOP op to me.

I know, let’s smash up the headquarters, spray paint Abolish ICE on the ruins and blame it on the Democrats.

Mainly cause I know the antifa is such a presence in Nebraska

Obviously a false flag operation
