What? I just saw one of the anniversary commercials that NBC is running about Brian Williams stating how much trust and integrity matter air last night.

It was under two months ago that Brian Williams renewed his huge Contract. Interesting.
I wonder how his ratings have been then? And if lying is a breach of his Contract (likely). Perhaps they want him out. Either way, he is the one who made the stuff up, so he has no one to blame but himself. And a Contract breach could leave him with no severance of any kind.
The linked article above discusses how he has been talked about as a host for Jeopardy. If he parts ways with NBC News, that could be his new gig.
When NBC renewed his contract in Dec 2014 they called him “one of the most trusted journalists of our time”.
Daughter gets her salad tossed on “Girls.” Father gets his salad tossed by NBC “investigation team.”
He apologized. Profusely. Nothing to see here. Move along, people. Millions in contracts are at stake.
You can’t be a war correspondent without a juicy war story and that was Brian’s.
