Discussion: NBC: Michael Flynn’s Son A ‘Subject’ In Federal Russia Investigation

I’m still waiting for the other shoe to drop in the matter of Flynn Sr. blithely discussing illegal rendition – aka kidnapping – of Gülen to his Turkish employers while serving as senior adviser to Trump. James Woolsey supposedly walked in on the conversation and I’ll bet dollars to donuts Erik Prince was in play to deliver the required mercenary muscle to carry it out.

Good one.

In truth, Departments of Corrections always separate family members, housing them in separate facilities.

Sort of a shame in a way: Sure would make it easy to coordinate ensembles for those annoying matching-outfits family photos.

I see the men are already wearing stripes. Could that be an orangeish jumpsuit that little Sarah is wearing?

One wonders who told them that stripes were slimming.

They’ve been business partners and Russian co-conspirators from the beginning.

What Flynn was doing was not legal. It was not lobbying. He was a general with a top security clearance and access to the National Security Council and the President’s Daily brief that was working as an agent for several foreign powers and providing aid and comfort to our worst enemy. He helped them in attacking our democratic institutions, he gave them code-word military secrets and he compromised our national security. He received money in exchange for these activities.

If you collaborated with a traitor whether as a spawn, sibling, spouse or employee and helped the traitor do treason, you too are a traitor.

This entire Russia/collusion/money-laundering/treason mystery is better than any spy novel I’ve ever read. I’ll admit I’m completely hooked and keep hoovering up all the details I can find. Some leads will turn up nothing, I’m sure, and much debunking will take place before it’s all over.

I sure hope I get to see how it ends.
