I cannot believe this show is still on the air. I am equally amazed there is an audience for this stupidity.

Well, chammy, you are fired!

ā€˜Re-Evaluate Trump’s Role’…Now that headline is spelled correctly, right?

I mean, NBC is not worried about a sticky bun?

It says volumes about the state of politics in this country, where the airing of a crappy reality TV show is going to be a driving decision in a presidential campaign.

Even given that Trump is a crazy ego maniac with no realistic hopes of achieving a nomination…he IS garnering enough support to get into the debates…and yet, a broadcasting corporation is going to make the decision that will impact whether or not he continues to run.

As President Obama once said: Obviously, we all know about Donald Trump’s credentials and breadth of experience.

And of course, I’m sure we all agreed with Seth Meyers when he added.: Donald Trump has been saying he will run for President as a Republican, which is surprising since I just assumed he was running as a joke.

Oh I loved that!!!

May??

maybe NBC could do a reality show based on dentists drilling on patients without anesthesia as a replacement… the playoff for the two survivors could be which of them could go thru a root canal without anesthesia…

in case of a tie the winner would be the one that can go the longest without painkillers…

NBC’s suffering from short term memory disfunction. We have been thru this before way to many times. Like an old joke that nobody ever laughed at from the first time it was produced and they keep repeating it.
sheesh. my 2 cents, aww not worth it, I owe a dime.

The equal time provision will require NBC to let Trump go.

Now don’t all of you applaud at once.

NBC is working on using the same slot having the Donnie preside over potential VP wannabe running mates…

Yeah, there’s a real genuine ā€œmeltdownā€ in the works over at the National Blaberskite Company. You see, someone in the Network Power structure (probably one of the custodial engineers) may have to comer up with a genuinely creative idea to replace the Dump circus show.

Well, that’s one good thing about the mouth running!

NBC is as big a joke as Trump.

ā€œWe will re-evaluate Trump’s role as host of ā€˜Celebrity Apprentice’ should it become necessary, as we are committed to this franchise,ā€ Rebecca Marks, NBC’s executive vice president of publicity, told TPM in a statement.

ā€œCommitted to this franchiseā€ā€¦get that? They aren’t about to re-evaluate a fucking thing. Those are weasel words, playing up this ruse as they have in the past, using the same excuse about his show fills the gaps in their own shitty TV schedule. NBC is using his bullshit Presidential run as a charade and PR stunt as much as Trump is. And since they’ve admitted they are ā€œcommittedā€ to his show and the way he’s been able to franchise it…why waste an opportunity when they can draw more attention to it by a fake run for President.

Besides, they’ve still got options to renew. They admit the show is there to plug holes in their schedule. They have an obvious conflict of interest by not cutting the cord. This repeatedly cheap stunt is in part NBC’s doing…because either way they can sell some lame product without expending much effort or resources by not firing Trump outright. Oh, the irony of that catch-phrase, ā€œYou’re fired!ā€.

The franchise they should be concerned with is the one that takes voters seriously, who are trying to choose the most viable candidate America can put forth for President…but that’ll be the day. Trump certainly isn’t it, and they ought to quit playing along as if he’s serious.

An NBC spokeswoman declined to say when production is supposed to start. But it’s very possible that Trump will no longer be a presidential candidate by then. That’s why the network is taking a wait-and-see approach.

Loser network must secure loser candidate… but only after he’s an official loser.

Well, He could select his VP candidate on the show…
