Discussion for article #227890
When I read about this yesterday I was correct in thinking, āNot yet.ā
Obviously a right-wing hack.
nb:
There is an article on the percentage of times Rs and Ds have appeared on Sunday morning shows and it never ceases to amaze me how on obviously conservative moderator is considered by some to be a liberal and vice versa. There is also the Corporatist, who is obviously speaking with a third voice.
The tunnel project bond money is a much bigger and possibly more damaging scandal for Christie
I remember a similar situation so long ago I donāt care to be more specific, but commenting on it a friendās mom said, āYeah, right. The madamās a virgin.ā
Well, this will be awkward when an indictment comes down later. Since nobody has really testified in a grand jury yet, Williams assertion is really premature.
Once Christie testifies under oath and the stories from his staff contradict his memory, there will be plea deals made to to clarify those inconsistencies.
There is plenty of evidence. Itās just being obscured by those pleading the 5th. Indictments for racketeering take a great deal of patience to assemble. But we all know there are numerous staff members who can and will be cracked by prosecutors.
Christie is too much of a big mouthed tyrant not to have offended any number of people who would be happy to knock him off the pedestal he put himself on. The very fact he thinks he can go on to run for president knowing full well what happened to Spiro Agnew, tells you just how corrupt this NJ crook is.
Heās not going to fly anywhere in the country except NJ. Fooling himself thinking heās safe from his past transgressions.
He has so much dirty laundry hanging from his midsection, he might as well be a billboard for political payola and kickbacks.
Liberal media? No. Conservative media, maybe no.
Corporate media?
Bingo.
the real scandal that never gets the attention from christieās fan boyz and girlz in the national political press is the terrible new jersey economy⦠including a huge unexpected (well by christie anyway) deficit facing themā¦
i was watching morning bro when they reported on the bridgegate āclearanceā and half expected meeka to break out the pom poms⦠she couldnāt have been more pleased that christie had apparently beat the accusations.
Heās really not a right wing hack but it is so typical of what we get today in the form of news. I happened to catch that broadcast yesterday which is rare, because I had just been watching the local NBC station to catch what the weather was going to be and it came on right after. I just shook my head.
I am not surprised that a big news network would try to make Christie look good. Please people wake up. Every big media news network are owned by the 1 percent. They want to have a republican president so yep they would try to make Christy look good. I have quit watching all the network channels when it comes to news shows. In fact I donāt watch TV much at all anymore. I get most of my news on the internet. That way I can sometimes filter out what the truth is or isnāt. But since all the news on the internet was channeling NBC news I believed this. We have not seen any testimony of Christyās buddies and I wonder why.
Williams would fuck up a wet dream.
Heās a mouthpiece with a script.
What kind of job is that?
I understand Rs vs. Dems, but Christie for pres?
Holy fuckinā Jezuus.
Heād make W look like Timon of Athens.
Williams is a celebrity, not a journalist.
The unnamed federal official was probably one of the Christie hangovers from when he was the prosecutor.
American News is a farce
Chris Christie is a republican. As a good corporate front-man, Brian Williams has to go by the adage āInnocent until proven democratā.
Alfred E. Williams sez: āWhat, Me Worry?ā

Couldnāt even stick to the script in this case. Freelance stenography, perfect for news āanchors.ā Cronkite and Murrow weep in their graves.
As Dan Rather orders āanother double, straight-upā.
