Imagine the pd wanted to capture him alive because nobody would have believed the story if he was dead. That having been said - you’d really think cruisers would all have some kind of keyless operation fob. No cop with a fob in the car - car stops running.

Really, that was only half snark. How does a naked man get away from three cops after being tased twice and then manages to steal one of their cars? Were they laughing too hard or what?
