Imagine the amount of sweat coming off that bald head just reading that letter.

He thought being an asshole was a winning strategy. He isn’t Donald Trump. Nobody really gives a shit about him, ultimately not even Trump.

The stupid fucking juice-head is out of his league and is only now–maybe–realizing it.

This is how professionals play the game. Nadler is smart, and doing the iterative game to also play for any potential legal fight.

Whitaker is going to have a few problems after this…

Democrats had the goods on him all along, but gave him a chance to answer truthfully on several occasions. Regrettably, he chose to lie and obfuscate instead. So, basically, we have an “acting” AG committing perjury and down another rabbit hole we go.

Maybe acting like an ass by taking a victory lap at Trump Hotel was poorly thought out?

oh just lock him ups for lying. he is a disgrace to the Justice Dept. someone like him as AG. a disgrace acting or not. only Trump could insult our country with him

Evidently Whitaker’s “Five minutes are NOT up.”

Depose, or French for, “the pose”

Which I think is what you call Whitaker’s body language cowering in the corner at this moment.

And that was my first thought too. Too bad we probably won’t get to see it.

Bravo to you for describing so assuredly what we have here. Because sure as anything before this thread is over someone is going to say something about Democrats not putting up a fight, ceding ground to a trumpite, you get the idea.

There’s no stupid tweeting with name calling involved, which seems to be the new template for taking on opponents. It’s an adult member of congress for something like 25 years who holds enormous power talking to a child-like adult, as clueless as his boss.

This isn’t going to interfere with get togethers at donnie properties … is it ? ? …

Nadler should just bring in the prosecutors from SDNY and ask them if there has been any interference from whitaker or his minions…

Dear Mr. Whitaker, contrary to your recent arrogant statement, Congressman Nadler’s five minutes are NOT up.

One rep (forget the name) went into a line of questioning whether there had been any discussion of firing/reassigning personnel up to and including DAs from SDNY and VA…

Really seemed to be a leading line of questioning, indicating that she may have been sitting on some whistle-blower-type stuff.

Aw, jeez, first they meet so darn cute, and now Gerry is serenading his new BFF:

Here let me help you on your slow roll to Sing Sing
Me and my colleagues and staff all will
Stayon this path for what the future might bring bring
As your Big Foot Toilet Bowl fans watch so still
Yes, we all love watching him on his slow roll to Sing Sing
Millions of voters shout with glee
So we’ll keep on rolling you to induce the flow of bling bling
From your heiny to that moon so big and shiney

Welcome to the majors, sonny. The first pitch was just in front of your nose, the next one is going in your ear if you don’t shape up.

Yep. It’s not posturing. It’s the opposite. It’s the use of power, nota bene once you have it, in a calm but determined way to reach a just conclusion to a conflict. We don’t need histrionics. Let the other team have that. We need positive outcomes for this republic and its ideals.
