I am also wondering if a lawsuit can be filed on the fictitious Hassertt Rule that Paul Ryan is using to measure weather or not a VOTE to do the PEOPLE’s business will come forth for all reps to cast a VOTE on a bill! This FAkE Hassertt rule is in memory of a RepubliCANT rep who is now serving in a federal prison somewhere, I think. But more importantly this rule is used to NOT do business on behalf of tTHE PEOPLE that are being served in this country! This rule to me, is disruptive to our Democracy, it is also discriminatory and elitist as well and it has no place in our government. So it would be nice, if somehow THE PEOPLE could be given the opportunity to interject their thoughts on how Congress sets their rules to govern us!
