So…WTF? Is Mick the Ick gonna ask to fund THOSE pgms that he deems worthy? This has been a cluster since day 1. FIRST they had a bill that passed both the House and Senate and Donnie didn’t like it. SHUTDOWN! Then they started piece mealing ‘essential services’…as it has gone on they’ve added a few.
